Hi! My name is Talitha and I founded Pocket Pickup.

Pocket Pickup is a startup junk removal and organizational consulting business currently serving the greater Nashville, TN area. We provide routine and on-demand pick up services for recycling and other unwanted household items. We reuse your junk to serve local families, nonprofits who benefit from your generosity, artists and other businesses that partner with us. We ensure that everything we receive is reused and given a new home. 

We are a women-owned and predominantly woman run business, with a mission to prioritize sustainability and environmental justice. Have peace of mind that your junk won't end up in the landfill. 

Raised on a farm, my family took pride in being resourceful during times of need. From woodworking to hodgepodge dinners to plastic repurposing, household items were made through scrappy projects. Pocket Pickup was born from this lifestyle. We know that what you don't use, someone will. What can be reused contributes to a lower waste world.
